I’m glad you made it this far, let’s get your journey started! My name is Molly, I have been in the fitness world since 2014 but have played sports my whole life and even into college. I am here to help you reach your goals, hold you accountable and gain confidence in the gym.

Why workout with me?

I will remind you of your goals and keep you on track, having someone hold you accountable has been proven to have better success. You will be less likely to slack and more likely to push yourself to your max.

I am able to create plans for both weight loss and gaining muscle mass

I will provide safe and effect ways to preform exercise to avoid pain and possible injury

Group Training

$10 a person for this training/ this could be done at Otsego Health and Fitness or within 15 min drive
